　　Required qualifications: 

• Native English-speakers (with residence permit in China preferred); 
• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field (ESL; Linguistics; Literature; Education; Philosophy; Medicine, etc); 
• At least two years’ experience of English language teaching;
• Holding at least one of the following certificates: TEFL, TESL, TESOL, TKT, CELTA;
• Willingness and ability to work with otherfaculty members in a team; 
• Strong communication skills; 
• Strong sense of responsibility to motivate students to learn English;
• Willing to work in the new Liangxiang campus in Fangshan District (southwest Beijing; shuttle bus available)
